The values established in the ERGOLAIN company allow the business to develop successfully for 24 years of the company’s existence. We believe that sharing common beliefs, philosophy and principles with the team helps increase employee motivation, supports community moral values and provides safety and necessary support in the work environment. ERGOLAIN shares social responsibility factors not only in the community, but also in society by donating to non-profit organizations, establishing scholarships for students, educating the public about sustainability ideas. ERGOLAIN employees are actively involved in social initiatives initiated by ERGOLAIN and contribute both with ideas, support and activities.

ERGOLAIN became one of the two sponsors of the "Business Class" project of the ISM University. The auditoriums equipped for talented high school students provide the opportunity to study in the lectures taught by ISM University lecturers in a creative, modern and teamwork-stimulating environment.
ERGOLAIN annually awards a scholarship to the winner of the Young Architects Competition. The competition is organized by the Klaipėda County Organization of the Lithuanian Architects Union (LASKAO).
GLOBE ergonomic balls in the color of the Ukrainian flag have become a symbol of ERGOLAIN's message about the Ukrainian people support during wartime. ERGOLAIN contributed to furnishing the Ukrainian school in Vilnius with furniture. ERGOLAIN also donated necessary furniture to families who fled Ukraine, the project being supervised by "Turto banka".

The "EVERYTHING WILL BE OK" initiative is intended to spread positivity and support to the people of Lithuania during the Covid-19 period. ERGOLAIN on screens hung above one messages of support and thanks to doctors, children's drawings and news about the situation related to Covid-19 were broadcast on the busiest streets of Vilnius.
